Abstract

       This study focuses on identifying factors impacting student satisfaction from standard-high quality educational program at college of economics, Hue university. Based on 179 reponses from 2nd-year to senior students of the program, research finds that there are 5 factors impacting the satisfaction including: curriculum, educational management, lecturers, facilities, and administrative affair. As a result, the study proposes suggestions for quality improvement at College of Economics, Hue university
