Abstract

This study uses Hedonic Model to build a real estate price regression model that depends on 6 independent variables including: Land area, House area, Number of floors, Location, Road width and Distance to city center. Through a survey of 202 real estate transactions in Hue city during the period from January 2021 to May 2021, the results show that the variables: Location, Distance, Road width significantly affect real estate price. This regression model are expected to estimate real estate prices in Hue city.
